What do you know about tube paper boxes?

The tube is paper-made tube-shaped object. Most paper tubes are spiral paper tubes and seamless paper tubes. The price is a little higher than just greyboard. And it can be used in making tube perfume boxes, tube wine boxes, and other product packaging.

If you need to add printing on the surface of the paper tubes, it’s not able to print directly on them, but print the wrapping paper first, and then laminate it onto the paper tube. We have 2 opinions offset printing and flexo printing. For offset printing, we print on laminated paper- always 250gsm to 400gsm CCNB paper, and glue it onto the paper tube. Flexo printing, we always print it on white Kraft paper or brown Kraft paper and then laminated it onto the paper tube.

What are the structures of rigid tube paper boxes?

Flower Hat Box with or without Ribbon: made of double 500gsm level cardboard, laminated by 157gsm C2S art paper with lamination on both sides, it can be water-proof after lamination. You can plus a ribbon to be handled or just tie it at the bottom of the circle. This kind of large round flower box circle is 100% made by hand.
