1. For custom gift boxes, how many types can I choose?

A: Based on the box function and usage, we can suggest many commonly used types like paper box with lids shape, sliding paper box, magnetic paper box, foldable paper box, Hexagon Paper Box,Tube Paper Box etc.

2. How can I order a sample for my gift packaging?

A: It’s easy, don’t worry. Just provide us your box details as well as your artwork is ok. And after you accept our price, first to confirm the sample order link on alibaba and then finish the payment is ok. Keeping following our steps is fine.

3. What kinds of payment methods do you accept?

A: We strongly suggest you to pay through Alibaba Trade Assurance Link online. Once deal is closed they can monitor and secure entire trade until you receive the cargo safely.  There you can pay through bank wiring, credit card or e-checking. If none of them are available for you we can still support Money gram, Western union and Paypal etc.

4. What files format should i provide for my custom printing boxes when sample or mass production?

A: Please provide AI, PDF, CDR or PSD with 300 pixeljpg format for the production. Only the original editable artworks in vector would be workable. That means when you expand to 500%, the pattern/logo/text still be very clear same as 100%. Otherwise the printing CPT would not be clear as what we need.

5. How can you make sure the quality of mass production same as the sample?

A: Your worry is normal. We will make a pre-production sample and take photos to you to confirm before mass production.
In addition, you can hire a professional company or agent to come to our company to inspect the your boxes before you pay the balance.

6. What is the delivery time for sample and mass production when making custom paper boxes?

A: Usually, the sample time is 5-7 days after payment and design confirmed; the mass production time is 20-25 days after payment.

7. What kind of outer packaging you use for shipping based on different shape of gift boxes?

A: Normally we use the 5-ply K=A cardboard cartons for shipping. And we will add the angle bead especial for the rigid cardboard boxes when making bulk cargo. And for some special request, we will use pallets and OPP bags or bubble bags to pack them.

8. Are you a factory or trading company?

A: We are a 100% factory and have sales and workers. We customize paper gift boxes for clients and any logo or request can be met in our factory. We are your packaging specialist who can enhance your brand value at its best.

9. What is your MOQ?

A: Our MOQ is 1000pcs. If so many sizes and colors, our MOQ is 500pcs for each size and color.

10.What factors that impact on the price of custom paper boxes?

A: Many factors may affect the price of custom box. Elements list below may account for the major part:

(1) Material. The cost of paper, cardboard, ink and the glue used vary a lot.

(2) Printing. Different printing processes and the use of colors will make a difference in the price.

(3) Quantity. With scale effect, generally the larger the quantity, the lower the price. And orders under minimum quantity may be declined.

(4) Surface treatment. Every finish process will add to the final cost.

(5) Box structure. The shape and structure of the boxes determines technical process, and it would impact on the price.
