Bain Capital Acquires U.S. Cosmetics Packaging Suppliers

Recently, the international private equity fund Bain Capital Private Equity announced the purchase of US cosmetic gift box factory-- World Wide Packaging.

 

Founded in 1980, WWP provides a full range of packaging customization, R&D, production and sales services for the cosmetics and personal care industries. WWP has developed a range of packaging for beauty and personal care brands, including lotions, lipsticks, lip gloss, mascara and eyeliner plastic or metal casings. Its clients include Estée Lauder, L’Oréal, Shiseido, Dermalogica and Milk Makeup.
