Custom paper bags for brands

During our Super September promotion season, I got a simple inquiry from Mohamed for custom paper boxes and gift bags. No more words, he asked me to add his WeChat for easy communication. He said he was looking for gift bags and perfume boxes. But he was not quite sure what sizes and designs he would like to do.

 

As soon as I knew he was currently in Guangzhou, I invited him to visit our factory to get some ideas from our showroom. I think that is how the Middle Eastern countries do business.

 

A few days later I got a phone call from Mohamed and he said he with his friends were ready to visit and let me send him the location.

 

A few hours later, we met each other. He is so tall but looks very closely. He also took three friends together. They all have custom packaging requests. I took them to visit our workshop first to see how the rigid paper boxes are made and explained to them, why some gift boxes are expensive because of the complex handmade procedures. They are very curious and surprised by each machine and gave a high appraisal of our company's strength.

 

After knowing the basic process of how a gift box is made, I took them to our showroom where there are thousands of boxes and bag samples displayed. They can have a free look and get a rough idea of what they want. Half an hour they chose what they wanted and had the size confirmed and offered me the quantities to quote. I asked my boss to calculate the price and offered them the best shot within five minutes. I must say it is time-saving to meet face-to-face. When I saw the prices, they looked very happy, I knew at that time, they were very satisfied with our prices and they had to compare several companies before they came. So, no surprise, they confirmed a mass order that same afternoon. Even though we discussed the design and delivery time late time, we are both happy we met each other and are sure we will have more cooperation shortly.

 

He told me if our service, such as quality and delivery time were good, he would introduce many brands to us. Thanks for your trust, we will never let u down!
